Advice and Information Service
Through our offices in Blackburn and Darwen we can provide free, confidential and independent advice and information to older people and their carers on a range of issues – including benefits and pensions, community care and housing – in fact, any problem facing older people. All advice is free, confidential and independent. During the last year we have dealt with over 7000 enquiries and helped local older people to claim in excess of £1,000,000 in extra benefits that they were entitled to - and we could also help you.
The service holds a Communuty Legal Services Quality Mark which ensures that we provide a high quality service.
